Um jovem de 22 anos foi flagrado
“surfando” um trem da CPTM
na noite de 25.06.2014, em Mogi das Cruzes. Ele viajava no teto
de uma composição quando foi descoberto por seguranças da Estação
Estudantes.
Um
boletim de ocorrência de natureza não criminal foi registrado no 1º
Distrito Policial. Segundo o documento, o rapaz, que trabalha como
ajudante, declarou aos funcionários que havia entrado na Estação Poá e
viajado escondido no teto de um trem até Calmon Viana. Ali, ele desceu
da composição, entrou no trem e viajou embarcado até a estação Mogi das
Cruzes. Lá, o rapaz desceu novamente e mais uma vez subiu no teto do
trem até chegar a Estudantes e ser surpreendido às 22h50.
Levado à delegacia, o rapaz se disse arrependido. Segundo a Polícia Civil, ele aparentava ter plena capacidade de seus atos.
Como
o serviço de transporte não foi prejudicado e nenhum equipamento foi
danificado, o jovem foi liberado. Ele também não se feriu na aventura.
